Shipping Policy
When will my items be shipped?
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the items and the transportation services selected. We will use our best efforts to send out your products as soon as we receive your orders. Delivery will be made by different transportation partners hence the shipping rates and times may vary. All customers will be notified via email with the tracking number once dispatch is made. All customers should shoulder all shipping and handling fees and must be settled upon checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return and Refund:
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Send us an email with attached photos, videos, or additional comments in the form that will be useful in processing your request.
We will review your request within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of email. Once approved, an email will be sent out with return instructions.
Please attach the return label to your parcel and pass it to the delivery service within 7 calendar days. You will be notified by email you when we received the items and any approved refunds and exchanges will be credited within 3-5 working days.
